Steps to getting started:

  1. Decide on your contribution funding option. Because every business is unique, contact SPP for assistance at this step.
  2. Have each employee complete a Member Application form and supply a copy of their birth certificate.
  3. Fill out an Employer Sign-up form with your company information and contribution details. If your company is setting up pre-authorized payments, you will need this form.
  4. Forward all documents to:
